Welcome to our beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom vacation villa with lake view and located amidst water and conservation land within the prestigious community of Watersong.

We have no rear neighbours and our south facing pool and spa are ideally positioned for day long sunshine all year-round.

Villa Belvedere is set on a large wide plot with no rear neighbours and offers a tranquil retreat from the hectic theme parks.  From our enclosed lanai (patio) and pool deck, we have beautiful uninterrupted views over a small lake and a conservation woodland area which provide home to a wide variety of birds and wildlife.

“Holy moly! We came to Orlando to do Disney and twice our kids asked if we could just “go back to the house”. They loved the game room and loved the pool! And honestly after long days on our feet – nothing beat coming back to soak in that hot tub!! The house was clean and great. Only things missing were paper towels, and dish soap! “The house was in a very nice gated community. Close to the clubhouse with a beautiful back yard view. The house was clean with a great layout. Big living area with kitchen. First floor main bedroom with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths upstairs and an additional living space. Our grandchildren visited and loved the pool and the game room in the garage.
