For ease of reference and for your peace of mind, the only data that we will collect from you will be that relating to booking enquiries for stays at Villa Belvedere. We will then only retain details for those enquiries that become reservations.
We will only pass on data to third parties as necessary to support a reservation. This will include:
- Your name and contact details to our local Management Company in Florida, who look after our Villa and will be able to support you during your stay
- Your name to the Watersong Security Gatehouse such that you can be issued with a permit for access into the Watersong Community
